How do I pay the P500 fee?
You may pay it via GCash or bank transfer (Instapay). Payment instructions will be sent through email.
If my consultation is cancelled, can I request a refund?
Yes, we allow refund subject for approval. We encourage you to review Section 9 of our Terms and Conditions.
What happens after I book?
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to a brief health intake form (Google Form). Please complete this before your appointment. This allows your doctor to review your medical history in advance and ensures your consultation is holistic, highly personalized, and efficient.
Will I get a prescription?
Depending on your case, your doctor may or may not prescribe you with medications. However, you will receive a Patient Health Action Plan (PDF) which includes a summary of your consultation, management plans, and follow-up plans.
Do you offer discounts?
The initial consultation fee is (P500). If you decide to proceed with a treatment or purchase products during your visit, you can take advantage of exclusive discounts of up to 20%.
